| I was a high school Spanish teacher and coach for 13 years. I taught Spanish 3, 4 and 5, and coached VB(13 years) , 2 years of BKB and 13 years of Track. From 1989-1997 I coached at Seguin High School and became the Varsity VB coach in 1994. In 1997 I left the school system to work for the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Motel Association. I shocked a lot of people by taking the job and leaving the only place I've ever known (San Antonio). Orlando was a great move. I just love it here. This job has allowed me to literally see the world. I am a training consultant and work primarly with the Navy. Basically I go to their lodges and teach classes to Housekeeping, Front Office and Food and Beverage on how to improve customer service. I am loving life more than ever but I do plan to return to Texas at some point in time. You can take the girl out of Texas but you can't take Texas out of the girl. |
