Biography

B.M. in Music Ed. from St. Mary's Univ. in 1967; M.Ed. from Southwest Texas State Univ. in 1976; D.M.A. from Eastman School of Music in 1989. Served in U.S. Navy from 1964-70 (Vietnam Vet.) Taught in public schools in San Antonio and Johnson City; taught at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, University of Texas at San Antonio, and currrently Professor of Trombone at Ithaca College (snce 1988.) Professional classical and jazz trombonist.
